ok this thread is devoted to peoples dreams (all my ideas are running dry) and this thread is about what the ultimate hause car bike ect. would have if you had a unlimited bank account for instance my dream house: dream house: a six bedroom house give or take to (you know the main bedroom and 2 workrooms/hobby rooms for you and a girlfreind/wife) for modding and other stuff a huge garage in the back with all the tools some one could possibly use to work on biigger items cars, boats, ect. speakers in every room 7.1 surround sound in the big rooms and a couple hidden speakers in the bathrooms being controlled by: in the bathrooms some thing like a micro atx setup in a closet and full size top of the line home made media pcs in the other rooms (the idea it to have it all on a t1 server so if im cleaning or something and can broadcast music / tv/dvd in to any room like say you watching a awsome movie and you and you need to go in the restroom you dont want to miss any thing do you? oh the pcs that are in the bath room will have a completle sealed totch screen lcd screen so a keyboard would not get screwed up as for the main rooms the computers will be hooked up to the t1 server all pcs will also have 802.11b access incasei move it and dont have time to rewire the house a digital tv tuner card at least a ati radeon 9800 but ati or nivda im still unshure because it will not happen any time soon and atleast 2 gb of ram in each system so they should be able to run weeks at a time with out crashing wireless remotes keyboards and mouses along with the huge theator projectors that will be put in every room the systems will be in the corner of the room with a 17 inch lcd screen incase i need to do some programing with im shure with this setup there will be a lot of programing in order to get it flawlessly to run for weeks at a time and a hefty internet connection but before that cat5 cat 6 touches that t1 server and the wirles router it will have to go through 7 old computers that are in a closet running linux fire walls when im done it will be so much over kill il have to start a business the car and truck im stull thinking about if you have any changes in the house or ideas fot the house are cars go ahead and reply i want to know what the ultimate house and the ultimate car/truck would be ps ass far as what ive been thinking the car should be a crown victoria(lots of room to do stuff with part of the whole idea came from this thought right here wouldn't it be sweet if onecould record a show in one room when he is gone at work and come home and watch it every were or any were in the house with out worreing about have to put a vhs/dvd in plus my whle movie collection would be on my server so i can watch all my movies with out having to get up also imagine f i did a fancy hotel are a bit apartment like this they could watch any movie they wanted any time and it would just be awsome

Semi-treed lot with large backyard and deck, veggie garden, flower garden and water feature, possibly a small pool (rather expensive up here) The Cars(3): --------- Hand built, 1930's style semi-open wheel (think prowler) rod with a turbo/supergharged small block big displacement engine. Any two truck(probably pickup, perhaps SUV(GAH!)) and car combination, with the best fuel efficiency I could find. All with custom audio/paintjobs/interior The Computer (network): -------- Gigabit, with the fastest broadband I could afford. Perhaps voice recognition/command software for house controlling lights, etc... Perhaps even an AI bot/avatar. Computer/gaming room has state-of-the-art computer, 7.1 surround, 21 onch central and 19 inch auxilliary (left, right, up) monitors (yes quad monitors, my GF will kill me) If oled displays have taken off, perhaps a fully 120 horizontal, 60 vertical arc display with custom/shop built drives to eliminate distortion for screen shape... Joypad, driving wheel, flight yoke, light gun, etc... Custom case/custom built in computer desk...
15 rooms in the country but not to far out! (so i can get a t1 lan connection droooool) everything eg heating, A/C, lights, controlled by a central "mainframe" computers everywhere , huge plasma monitors cinema room in basement with proper cinema seats, 7.1 surround sond in every room with tv (all rooms voice activated eg, lights, doors, appliances, chair etc
medium 6 bedroom house 2 garages not many windows hm..one story isnt in a crappy neighborhood now on to the cars ! brand new hearse with flames vinyl and real human skulls with halogen and HID lights in the eye sockets and mouth big 28 inch rims,4 litre NOS.GT LID (oh yea).. nice spoiler interior of the house 2 big 50 inch plasma TVs hooked up to a pentium 4 3.4EE each gaming system 2 big couches nice big Large King bed the works
Being only 16 I have no dreams of a house, but I'd like a 1969 plymouth roadrunner with a 440bigblock and 323in the rear end also I want to finaly finish wiring my rooms lighting/cable/tv/speakers/radio to my PC, all controlled VIA remote...ALSO I want 50K to spend on the mother of all computers
2 stories, 1 underground, underground parking garage for 4 cars. full patio over concealed garage, pool, 4 bedrooms, workshop, 2 bathrooms kitchen massive living room with 7.1 surround and home theatre system.
im sure you could get the grand daddy for under 10k but yeah house = each rooms devices controlled by voice recognition and the ability to say living room light on from anywhere in the house or mass commands like all lights off at night, triple glazing with a state of the art security alarm with motion censers over anything that opens to the outside world all visable on one of the 4 main pc's scattered around the house so if someone opens the door I can see on the screen then pull up a camera image on them, all kitchen hooked up to pc's aswell so i can turn the oven on from anywhere in the house or switch the kettle on.. doors which have a motion censor on which can be turned off by telling the door to turn it off. all 3 bathrooms has a 40" lcd screen in wall so when taking a bath I can tell the pc what movie I want and it will load the one i choose and then I can watch it. under floor heating which can be controlled from any of the pc's I would have all the cases hidden from view and just have the screens built into the walls with keyboard and touchpad on a tray that can scroll out from the wall and there would be around 1 of these hidden pc's in each room of the house so im always in control of everything then have a nice large garden which faces the river in a semi rich secluded part of the country (in the UK) and have a boat house as the bottom of the garden where i coudl store my boat which has state of teh art computer onboard to control it also security cards to open the front doors so i wouldnt need keys but have the feature of a num lock which would only needed to be turned on if I reported one of the cards missing. then a jaguar xj220 , porsche gt3 and aston martin db7 all with gps onboard which would tell me where ever i needed to go etc and thats all I cna think of at the moment oh and I'd need to have a generator in the basement incase the electricy went as i'd be screwed also have a 60" flatscreen built into the wall in the living room with cinema style surround sound and bass shakers built into the floor so you can feel the movie . not too much I hope?
Being 14, I only need a little house, here it is: A small flat place. With big openplan lounge place with media pc etc leading into the kitchen. Bathroom near that (inc toilet, obviously) and also a Bedroom near that. (through doors). Each room would have a LCD TouchScreen monitor built into the wall for controling lighting, music, curtains, and cameras. There would aslo be speakers hidden in the walls aswell as cameras for security reasons. There would be one wall in the lounge with a hand scanner. (put your hand on it and it scans your hand) Once I put my hand on that a secret door opens that is hidden in one of the walls, Inside is a dark room with Tri-LCD monitors on both sides of the chair (looks sorta like this, but its hard to do it in the forum, but just flip the bottom to the top and thats it) / -- \ \ __ / This would be lit dimly by green cathodes, probably from the PC(s). The monitors outside of the room would be connected to this room. Also, urh, Cars, yes, not sure about that yet but im sure somthing will come to mind.
Now, what got me... Imagine having all that house, cars, p.c etc.. money will buy you that happyness for a little while... What about concintrating on the things that matter, wife and kids.. ???????? Jang

all good but the second post only 3 cars naw man i was thinking more along the line 20 cars/trucks i like the idea of the road runner with the big block so i want 3 of those one to leave completly stock and the other 2 1 for racing and one for cuiser listed below im going to go of topic for 1 sec here to explaine what the ultimate cars is im sorry for those people that like the jap cars but the ultimate car would be shelby 350 mustang or the boss mustang (also what i mean be a cruiser is all of these mods) all stock for starters but then it would be costimized with a very powerful computer (i know the old hot rodders dont like computers but any it would have one master compter in the trunk not to bug though but it would control every thing including the fuel injection witch it will also have but as far as that goes it will only have 2 modes which is econo mode to save some gas(i say that beacuse the truck im driving right now has a ford 302 its capible of making 600hp but the timings off and i need to do some work on it but any this thing sucks gas)and racing mode witch puts out all the power that will be controlled via computer witch by the way must look like it came natully with the car a flawless installation all the regualr vehickle switches like the lights wipers and all other will also go through the computer that way you could re assight switches being able to chage the radio with the windsheld wipers switch and it will also have a filly installed lcd screen that has to look like it came with the car the computer will be the sound system via through amps fm tunner and ect. and it will have software to play dvds and other media. and 6 trucks 3 2004 f150s extended cab and bed raised all six and 3 gmc serrias i havent seen the new ones but the 2000 look nice 1 bently because thats what all the rappers say you must have 1 dodge viper done by hennesy i think his name is with over 1000hp 2 pt cruisers one a cruiser above and one with a big block v8 and 2 major ecomy cars don't really care just to save money when going to work and back and 5 bike 2 honda hyabussa's i think there called there listed in another thred here a harly vrod and 1 choper from jessie james and one from chopper builder in texas in san antonio not shure i dont know his name but ive seen his work and some body earlyer said they wanted a plasma screen those arnt good thay only last 8 years then they burn out because they use a techknolege similar to crt all cars/trucks must have internet for i will also have 10 lAPTOPS if not mentioned you will also beable to controll it by voice if you want to like what Fusen said but not all the time some times i would rather push a button then speak
i was watching late night news and i think it was sweden wher this guy has his entire house hooked up to computers and stuff. He can control everything through his phone, when hes out if someone breaks a motion senser it feeds live images from the CCTV cameras straight to his phone. He can unlcok and lock doors in his house he can set tempratures with it, everything. it was well ineresting. have to have a dig about to find some more information on it morgan.
it would require a lot of work but that will also be a feature i dont know abou any one elso but all this stuff would take years to get and install and get it running good
I've always wanted to own an abandoned factory in the widwest. Nothing too big foot print wise The old brick ones it would be 5 plus stories the first turned into a garage second storage third entertainment forth living 5th computer stuff the first 2 stories would be boarded up, so no one would even think some one lived there I would fix the insides up as I see fit, With CCtv cameras hooked up as surveliance, motion sensors on all sides (to keep bums, and teens away) I would have 2 generators to power stuff in case of a blackout There would be 5 computeres serving various purposes ohh and to save on space no kitchen just a corner with a fridge, hot plate and microwave
