Anyone else find it was an advert for Spar? Jet Li is one kick ass actor though, very convincing. I was supprised to find it was a British movie though :eeek: Good to see Bob Hoskins back on the screen and in a role that suits him too :thumb: Good movie, enjoyable.

edit: im confused - was it set in france or Glasgow?? There's defo british people in it or people playing brits but if they think Glasgow is somehow Paris then i think im just gonna fall over laughing.

It known as unleashed here in the UK, well it was on the posters I saw and the advert I saw, well it has Unleashed in big letters and in small letters the words Danny the dog.

Saw loads of copies of it as 'Danny the Dog' the other day at the Memorabilia Convention. There was a trailer for it on my Sin City DVD. Looks alright.

They've been advertising this on TV here in Australia over the past week, using the quote "the best Jet Li film ever" from of all places, Ain't It Cool News. I knew Harry had power, but couldn't they find a more credible source for some positive spin? Or would you argue that it's actually targetted praise ie the male teenage audience who might go and see this film would prefer an endorsement from Harry than the NY Times?

I think I'll do my bit for the current Box Office slump and not bother.
