Thanks for the comments guys! :D

I still enjoy creating things by hand when I have time.

@bulldogjeff, Santa better drop a Dremel in your sock! I miss a Scroll saw when I need to cut an intricate design "inside" the material. ...like d-i-y custom fan grills. Otherwise I'm always using my Vertical saw. There is 12" table top models you can find under $200. If you go bigger, I would recommend looking for a good used one

When armed with a Fence and 1/8" wide bi-metal cutting blade, a Vertical saw can be a lethal tool. The Fence allows you to cut straight acrylic and metal sheets.

My Grizzly G0580 14" Bandsaw 3/4 HP... I've owned it for 4 years without any problems. You can use 1/8" x .025 bi-metal blade by MK Morse for cutting acrylic and metal sheets. (It will safely cut up to 1/4" thickness, but make sure your blade is 100% installed properly)

Dammit Bill, you gotta go start a project with the same case I have sitting stripped next to me at the moment lol. I'm using the genuine Lian Li PC-P50 though. I can't wait to see what you do with this one Bill, I may pick up a few tips for my build :D.

That is possibly the simplest and most effective blood effect i have ever seen...

That looks so good i might do that myself (if i find a good theme for it)

i was thinking of getting the k58 and completely modding it out paint it matte black inside myself

    Yum!

I will bet you'll really like it DP :thumb:

I left the inserts bare... How about a hint of Blood splatter on the edges of the grill?

The points are very sharp, but edges are fine.

    Thats pretty crazy

If you did'nt put the paintbrush image there it could pass pretty easy as real blood

You ever plan on selling those Ut fan grills?
