Linux Update KDE?

    So Kopete stopped logging into MSN messenger a while back and it didn't bother me until now that I can't get MSN on my laptop. I seem to remember reading that it was a problem that had been rectified with the new version of KDE. So I want to update , but I don't know how. Is there an automatic way? Or do I have to download the files and do it that way.

    first of all, what?
    second, have you looked through yast? i assume they keep it somewhat up to date and yes the kopete not logging in to msn has been fixed in the newer versions

    I appear to be missing something in YOU then, because it doesnt seem to update KDE. I've done the whole online update, and i'm still at 3.2.1. It probably is something stupid I'm missing though.
