    Now it post boot loops.
i get nothing. nothing on screen.

it fires up then down continuously.
took out the CMOS and flushed everything and it still does it.
i did get the correct bios and used @Bios to flash...

    WTF?! how ridiculous is this.
    what can i do

Did it complete the flash correctly? I.e. no power cut or error?

If it did flash correctly, then it sounds like a faulty BIOS image or chip. You may be able to get an RMA.

If it didn't you can try to RMA but you may need to buy a new BIOS chip for about £5-£10, look on ebay

Personally, I never trust BIOS flashing through Windows. Windows will try and stop it as much as possible.

For future reference, update your BIOS through DOS

AHA I had a problem with my mums DS3, I RMA'd it and got a new one sent out, however, I took a video of it to show the guys on here what the problem was, let me find it and see if you are having the same error.

    EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrS5__L-O2Y

Is that the problem you are having?

 trig either way, my DS3 was shafted and was RMA'd for a similar problem, there must be a dodgy bios out there.
