    Hello,

My father and his friend got gateways on sale from best buy awhile ago. It was one of those holiday weekends with a manufacturer sale and best buy sale so the deal was insane. Now I don't remember the exact specs but it can't do eyefinity which is what they want now. So I need a recommendation for a new PSU and graphics card. What they want to have is 3 monitors (minimum). They do a lot of design work (digitizing) so something that can handle semi intense programs that render the designs out. No gaming at all. Just websites, Adobe Master Suite, email...the other normal crap (office etc).

I think the PSU is 400 watt and the card is a GeForce GT120...

I don't know exactly what you need to know to make a good recommendation, so just ask and I can find out.

    thanks

well a 5xxx series is a must, I'm assuming they don't game or anything? The specs of the PC would help. What kind of budget do they have?

Have the mobos in the Gateways got PCI-e 2.0? Do they cope with all the tasks now and its just output to 3 monitors thats gonna change?
