A/V Upmixing ALL sound to 5.1

    This may be a stupid question or not, I'm not sure. It could just be a case of ticking a box but I really dont know :p

    Basically I want to upmix all audio that goes through my X-Fi Xtreme Gamer to 5.1. Is that possible?

    IIRC you can do it from the creative control panel

    Any idea where abouts? Have searched and searched through the standard Control Panel, Creative Control Panel and the Creative Console but can't find it anywhere :(

    Its the XMSS-3D settings. The slider controls the front/rear volume. imo about 1/3 to the front is a good setting.

    Make sure that the Surround/Expand option is set to surround.
