Networks Urgent help with broadband required

    I just got my line activated for 1 mbps broad band, with www.fast24.co.uk

    I set up the modem with all the settings as required and triple checked it.

    The modem connects to the exchange ...

    But when I try to connect, it gets to verifying username/password and gives me an error saying that username/password is not right.

    I have checked the password and username many times to make sure I have entered it correctly.

    What could be the problem ?
