    And have a great chance to lose. Defending yourself is more for oh my this man blew my shed up playing with fire works which hit my gas can type of things. Not multi million dollar court cases that could determine whether you go to jail and your company is shut down.

    Whats really upsetting is the fact that if they think they can blame the creators of these p2p software then you should be able to blame gun companies for weapons used in shoot-outs, tobacco companies for the deathrate of tobacco users, anyone who creates something that isn't necessarily made to do harmful things, but is used to do harmful things can be blamed as well.

    Its a rediculous suit that should be thrown away because it will open a storm wind of other legal battles that will hold up courts for years to come. I'd go so far as to say if this goes through you should be allowed to sew a car company if a drunk driver hits you! :mad:
