USB Driver Prompt every time I connect...

Ok, this issue is pretty simple but I can't find a way around and nothing's coming up on Google.

I share a USB device at work and we use a USB switch to link a USB hub which has a single device connected to it. The device actually uses three USB sockets (don't ask) which is why it's set up like this. Anyway, everytime one of us hits the switch, XP pops up with the driver prompt for these devices and I have to go through the rigmarole of clicking 'OK' a few times for each connection. Doesn't sound much but the device gets switched roughly every 10 minutes and it starts to grate...

Is there anything I can do?
