Modding usb to ide bridge

    Does anyone know where I can get ahold of the above. Its the same kinda thing that you get in the back of an external disk case. It can be either usb or firewire.

    If someone's got a broken case or anything that I can salvage the bridge out of then great!

    You could go along to 126 Dalry Road near Haymarket train station,
    and ask the guys at Maplin for item number A25AT - USB 2.0 to IDE adaptor.

    You can get this from Ebuyer, have bought a couple before, very quick on USB2 transfer :clap: You get an external power brick to power it (usb lead is too short though) :waah:
