Other Uses for a 64GB pen drive

    Hi guys,
    My girlfriend gave me a brand new Patriot Xporter Magnum 64GB Pen Drive - One of These
    While it is very cool, i dont really know what to use it for as it seems a waste only to use it to store a few word docs, photos etc so any ideas?

    Just back up everything on it. And then lose it. I have no idea, I'm happy I have a 8 GB drive, but don't really know uses for a larger one. I already have a set of system diagnosis tools/Avast/FF/all sorts of stuff on it that I MIGHT need some time, and there's still so much space for word docs I'll never have to remove a single file from it.

    wow, that's as big as my SSD i'll be receiving tomorrow.

    install Windows on it and run your computer through that

    Wish i had one, I have dial up and i do all my downloads on another computer at my girlfriends then copy them, burning to a dvd/cd, or taking a hard drive or moving the howl computer.

    Can you imagine how slow Windows would run through USB! :D

    I use my 16GB drive for getting 'stuff' that my mate downloads. :D

    And its usefull for backing stuff up onto when I have to do maintenance on PCs.

    As for my suggestion, back up your Steam folder (or any other games) for an impromptu fragfest at the drop of a hat. Oh, and back up all your grumble flicks too. :lol:

    Which manufacturer supplies pen drive with write lock to Indian market? Can some one tell me which manufacturer makes such Pen drives? It would be of great help if you mention the make that are available in Indian market. External write lock on the pen drive will help people like me who use the pen drive on multiple computers avoid virus. Please note: I'm not talking about the software lock or encryption. The pen drive should have the external switch for making it read only.
