I have a question for Macroman, or anyone else. In the article on painting your fans, there is mention of a UV reactive varnish that goes on clear but glows under a blacklight. Does anyone know where I can find such a product in the U.S. or who might manufacture such a thing? I've even been wandering around all of the local department stores asking the chicks at the makeup counters if they have seen any nail polish that would do the same thing. No luck...or maybe I'm asking the wrong women....
