    Was it displaying full payment card details, i was lead to believe it was partial details, last 2-4 numbers or something like that.

    Also WTH is carrying out a DDos attack supposed to achieve? Other than the obvious denying of services that at best seems rather short term.

    Political action.
    Hide or facilitate another attack.

    Partial, but given it also had things like names and addresses it would have been enough to carry out a social attack ("Hi, this is your bank here, we've spotted some fraud on your card ending 1234, can you confirm a few details for us so we can refund you?")
