Koolvin, correct me if I'm wrong, but you've spent £600 on a vapochill, £250 on a pc-70, plus all the modding, - wouldn't it have been a bit cheaper to just buy the vapochill innards without the case ?

You can actaully make vapo chill ashetically pleasing to the eye though can you ?

i've never seen them concealed in a case or anything like that, i think vapo chill is one step too far mabye :)

Are there any pics of the internals of Vapo-Li, how you fitted the vapo-chill unit?

Aparently they wont sell you jus the internals, compressor, condensor, socket deali, etc.

You should see how tight the vapo unit is in the huge PC-70,

They two 120mm fans miss the 1u psu by a couple of mm....

Then Koolvin has built a custom backplate to mount it all on. It is quite tidy even though it looks like a pig of a job ...

    KV's the man ;)

Shame there was no article on the Vapo-Li or a review of the Vapochill system - would have been good. Instead all we got were a few tantalising glimpses of both systems and that was all she wrote! Pity :(

Strange answer? Travel to London instead of see a review - yeah right! There are hardly any UK reviews of VapoChill systems, definately a missed opportunity by Bit-Tech for a great article/review.

    So close yet so far.

to be honest with you I did not have much time to play with the vapo chill and see how far it could push my system because of it ruin-ing so much of my equipment!

Then there was the transplant into the Lian Li whhich took some time. And then there was the big publicity show in London! something of such beuty really needs to be seen imo running and in the flesh.

Bravo TV have a show and will be airing it soooooon! watch out - I mean we even have our own vid! what more could you possibly want?

    are you sick child ?

Get a tyan thunder and two athlon MPs - you could have 5GHz+ - and much better performance than the shitty P4s

lol i knew i'd get flamed for that.......i mean a Northwood P4 Xeon, they will own, i think if they do 2.2Ghz Northwood Xeons (say with 1Mb cache per cpu) then the Athlon Mp might have a job keeping up, especially since the tayan thunder wont let u overclock

    :)
