Development VBscript or html help pls

i need to run a exe file in the my web page or i must entegrate my program my web page.
the other option is user when clicked a buton my program starts in my server without loading user's PC. how can i do this.

 

what does the program do, does it output a web page or somthing?

 

You can run programs server side using the "cgi-bin" just need to make sure your program outputs the correct headers etc :]
