Graphics Video problem..but only on games.

    I got the new Nvidea driver which i thought worked fine... 2 weeks later i decided to play CS:S and it plays but theres a big scrolling black line on the screen (like when u point a camcorder at a pc screen).

    Ive reinstalled the same driver...it still does it.
    I installed the Omega driver it dissapeared, but i would rather have the Nvidea one.

    Ive changed refresh rates.
    Any ideas?

    I was told it could be a Direct X problem...but ive got the new version with no errors.
    Ive reinstalled again after using Driver Cleaner and it still hasnt worked.

    Giving us your card's specs would help...
    Make sure your cable is intact at both ends.

    Have you tried running the game with Vsink On and Off. Might do something.
