    I think it's fantastic, personally. His message is to enjoy and learn words - to revel in language - not take offence because someone is using a word that you don't know. Otherwise we suffer from a perpetual dumbing down. I do agree though that is it difficult to take offence if someone corrects you because language is personal, but there are ways to do it. At the same time though, it pisses me off that someone won't make the effort, but it's sometimes difficult to ascertain whether it's ignorance and laziness or just simply effort with not knowing.

    His diatribe is aimed at those who complain for the sake of complaining. The British love of calling the waambulance just to be right. That's snobbish.

    It's something I've come to appreciate in this job more and more, and his points also apply to editors (not here <3<3) and readers who act the same. I used to be utterly **** at English, but after nearly 4 years of writing I'm better but still far from perfect. I appreciate how hard it is to try and learn. My next stop is learning to speak Mandarin, which is like getting slapped with the difficult stick.

    When you mean learn mandarin, you mean to become fluent enough so not to get stabbed by the locals because rather than asking for a menu at a restaurant you in turn ask if you could sodomise the restaurant owners whole family with a pineapple, and for dessert perform genocide with an ice cream sundae. I assume you've picked up the odd phrase to get you by.. or you still in the phase of waving the English passport and slapping anyone who gets in your way with it, there's nothing like leaving somebody branded with that regal gold emblem upon there forehead, followed by the words, 'DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM, I AM ENGLISH SO SPEAK ENGLISH!

    Isn#t it just.

    With all these fantastic fan kits that people have made, LEGO should be snapping them up as designers. It's great to see people use their ingenuity using standard pieces to make something spectacular. It is slightly annoying that LEGO are producing such a large amount of 'custom' pieces for kits, Technic springs to mind. That being said though, they are implementing those pieces into the entire range.

    3 kits I badly want;

    1) Metal Grudge
    2) Warhammer 40K Dreadnought (large-scale technic)
    3) Ghost in the Shell Tank

    Make those, I will sell my kidneys to buy them.

    Oh god, I'd love to be a designer for Lego. Pity 99% of the stuff they do now is silly bionicles and stuff where one part is the basis of an entire model.

    You forgot all the TV/movie models.
    Indiana Jones,Toy Story & Ben10 models abound, but they've never bought the obvious license.
    They make millions of yellow bricks every year, but no-one wants Lego Simpsons?

    It is used to test scaled models, in this case they can make any kind, frequency or shape of wave to test the models.

    I think anyone offended by the font papyrus would commit suicide if they had to watch films with subtitles like that :p
