    That's a "drawing" machine in a steel mill which produces steel bars/rods - the machine rolls (or "draws") the heavy steel "blanks" or ingots through many increasingly smaller and closer together rollers whilst it's still red hot and malleable to produce thinner steel bar for use in the manufacturing industry - in that video the machine has malfunctioned or gotten blocked and the hundreds of rollers are still shooting the steel out, and it's going everywhere but where it should :eeek:

    So many of those make me cringe, there's no way many of the people in that video got away without being seriously injured. The ones involving car crashes just make me shudder. I've been there, done that and heard that horrifying crunch as metal crumples, plastic breaks and glass shatters. It's a really horrible thing to hear :/

    Some kind of steel-mill type place, that's a ribbon of orange-hot metal about 10cm across being forged/stretched to cabling. :D

    Cable/wire is drawn at a much lower temperature than that Krikkit, that particular plant is producing steel bar, which is what's used to produce steel wire :thumb:
