    I think those are bathers & those are the showers at a swimming pool I imagine ( hence the timer on the water button & repeatedly pressing it ).

    I had the misfourune of doing something similar except my kung fu skills failed me and (as described by a bystander) did a complete front flip over the car, skidded on my heels for a second before falling back and thanks to my helmet only suffered a bit of roadrash on my arse and elbow. The moped didn't fair so well.
