    The California Science Center in LA has finished re-stacking Space Shuttle Endeavour, opening to the public in November.
    (When I was last there in Oct 2023, the "new, old stock" boosters had literally just arrived the day before my visit)

    No shortage of skill there but, you can see and hear the effects of altitude with reduced acceleration and downforce toward the end.
