Lo all, my first post here. Just thought i'd say hi first.

Anyways I've been looking at some TFTs. I really don't know that much about them so if you could help me I'd appreciate it. I've found the Viewsonic VP171B Pro at overclockers for just under £320 inc del.

    Native res: 1280 x 1024 @ 60hz
    Response: 16ms
    Contrast: 500:1
    Inputs: DVI and 2 analogue
    more...

    Is it a good choice?

    welcome to bit,

Id say that its a good choice. We use one at work, and some people from work also have these at home. no ghost or anythin. All i would say is use the dvi if ya can as the quality is vastly improved. also out of the 3+ ive seen non had dead pixels

    Thanks, nice to be here.

Its a bit suspect for a gaming tft at sub £300 tbh...but I'm an ignorant kinda guy :D
