no doubt the colors will be absolutely rubbish on a 2ms panel. I've got an LG 19" 8ms (1950SQ-SN) and its fine for gaming. No ghosting at all. Colors are very vibrant, blacks are very black and the screen has a very bright backlight. It is a 6bit panel though, and sometimes the dithering (from 16.7Million colors to 16.2M) is noticible, but when gaming its not a problem. Im no hardcore graphics editior, so its fine for what i do on a day to day basis. It was cheap too (450$AUD)

Some people will argue "why go for a 19inch when 17inch's do the same res", well i find things too small on a 17", it hurts my eyes :/.

If i had a larger budget, i would have got the Samsung 940B, which has similar specs to this LG, but it has DVI aswell as analog:

    I agree with TMM.

Why make pixel response your major concern? So long as it's less than 12ms or so, it will be fine. Most important are contrast ratio, brightness, and colour accuracy. After all, which would you prefer, 2ms with rubbish colours, or 12ms with fantastic colours/contrast/brightness?

I bet it's brightness is total rubbish, and that's how they get a 2ms response time.

12 ms rise, 12 ms fall

That's 24ms black to black. Slow.
