Basically I can't find anyone with stock of the XCM black knight case for 360 in the UK.

So I was looking around to see what spray people had used on their cases, I ran across this, in which the author recommends using Vinyl Dye as it will retain all the original markings on the pad, as well as provide a stronger finish.

However, I can't seem to find anywhere to get Vinyl Dye in the UK.

    Does anyone know where from?

Considering the price difference between a case and the relative price of dye, I'd rather experiment with the dye.

If I f**k up I can always buy a case and say I tried to use dye.

Can't you wait a week Doug?

Whitedog Games are [supposedly] due to get them in "1 - 7 days"

Only red and green though - and I believe you're wanting a blue one?

    £45! for a case!

I'd rather buy two large cans of dye.

Nope, I want a black one. As atanu says, it'll be better to get it done myself. It's just finding a source, and Whitedog have been like that for 2 weeks.

Doug, have you tried "USAutomotive" of Bedford yet?

Here's a link to their Vinyl Dyes. Happy modding! :dremel:

Any automotive supply store will have what you need. Car interior spray paint is just vinyl dye.

Cheers for that IanW, perfect for what I want. Shame they're out of stock of the one I want.

Slug: Unfortunately it's hard for me to get to places due to lack of car.
