Windows vista 64 bit

    hi all
    got a problem here, i recently done a laptop for someone, becouse they had no os, i used my vista 64 bit, now she is getting a "this is not a genuine product" (or somthing similar) i tried activating it over the internet but i get the this product key is already in use ( well it is mine ) i thought vista was like xp..ie you can use it on a few computers ( i know your not suppose too, but you can, it lets you ) if this is the case and she cant use my vista 64 bit, is there any way of replacing my 64 bit with 32 bit without formating as i now have 32 bit vista on cd, im just stuck, any help would be great

    vista will not allow more than a single use im afriad they got a bit wise to people using keys multiple times.

    if you own a copy of vista 32 (legit) i think you can just contact MS for a 64bit copy and they will post one to you for less than a tenner once they have verified your 32bit copy is a real key

    Forum rules doesn't allow talking about anything illegal.
    What you are doing is illegal. EVERY Windows version (except for the Enterprise edition), is only 1 copy per computer for Windows. It's clearly stated on the EULA.

    No support to your post will be provided.

    P.S: This is a public open to the internet forum. It is most unwise to talk about this, unless you enjoy having Microsoft Legal department on you.
