Modding Visuals on LCDs

    to me that just looks like someone's desktop wallpaper... you can see the menubar at the bottom...

    try www.looroll.com for some very nice desktop wallpapers.

    For the screen itself you need an LCD that can display like a monitor... not sure where they sell them

    The best place to pick up small lcd's is ebay. You can find small units for around £50 - £100. Another way of doing it is taking apart a cheap sony ps1 add on screen, then putting that in. You then need to link it up to a tv out on a graphis card, then set up a visualisation full screen on the output. Hope this helps :D
