How a harmless upgrade can go wrong. So here we go! I order the upgrade from my ancient 3G to 4 online to be collected in store as I stupidly thought it would be easier to just pop in and pick up instead of waiting for it to be delivered. First off it refused my card, fair enough it was my fault due to not having a payment paid to me yet so I go for the added to bill option instead. Bearing in mind that it explicitly said your card has not been accepted please use another card I got charged twice so I gave them a ring and got that sorted. Next I get an email saying that my order has been dispatched and will be ready to be picked up in Huntingdon, funny that as I specified Peterborough so I ring again and they said they have intercepted the dispatch and will be ready for pickup this thurs. Now today I get a call from a real person saying I can come and pick my order up and read my details and phone model so I thought great it's early but oh no! I get there at 5 today to pickup but magically it isn't there and they have no record of it. So we can only guess where it actually is! Huntingdon! So will be ringing again to confirm this and sort it out again! How I hate these companies! Rant over.
