    It just dawned on me from watching US TV (especially The Simpsons) for 19 years... AMERICANS GET FREE DOUGHNUTS!! WTF?!?!

    Not fair! We only get coffee/tea/hot chocolate and we pay for it.. collectively.

    One thing though is that your grade normally counts for your first job, but after that it doesn't count for much. It does however DEFINITELY increase your salary.
