Those caps are in the way of adding on the tubing. :(

Can the block rotate a little and still mount?

I like the messy desk too. It makes mine look normal as well.

Other than noise wise (I hear the fans dont throttle on those) and aesthetics, is there any other point of wc'ing one? I don't really know a lot about them so can you oc them or anything?

3/8th tygon fits fine. 1/2" is not a option as it wont clear the caps. these little beggers get hot. theres quite a few pics of them about with melted fans etc. plus i had a m4 laying about so why not :D

as for the messy desk. i need a clear up

Dunno about ocing they have a long way ahead before there utilized more.

Nice work. The PPU definitely make the case for a separate small bore look to cool the NB, SB (if required on some newer boards) and the PPU to leave the main CPU GPU cooling unaffected. The logic is that the stuff you're trying to overclock would be more agressively cooled that the stuff you're just trying to keep cool without fan noise, and runnign a bit of small-bore you make it easier in the case.
