Ok - For anyone who has one of these cases:
Top mounted fan: should it suck out of the case, or blow into it?

Case instructions dont mention anyting other than it is an optional fan! And the case gets pretty warm after a few hours gaming etc....

    Opinions welcomed...

actually iy is the hot air that rises to the top
when air is heated the volume wich a certain weight of air takes is larger.
So the same weight air has larger volume when heated. This is an easy physical process the humans have used for centuries in hot air balloons. The hot air takes more place so it is 'lighter ' and therefore the balloon goes up.
in a case the hot air goes up so the top fan should be exhaust when u are smart. This will be more efficient then an intake fan

an intake fan will keep the inside of your case warmer than an outtake

in a wavemaster, there are 3 identical fans as standard (i know, cos ive got one!) 2 intake and one exhast....

some scientific thing means that hot air rises, getting trapped in the roof of the case.., so in order to help expel the hot air, you need another exhast- or, buy a stronger CMF fan and swap out the Exhast...

personally, i would use the top fan as an exhaust running at 7V-

its a blowhole fan, it blows out of the case. they dont need to run very fast to get the job done, so yah either fun it at 12 if its a quite fan, or 7. You will see some reduction in themps.
