Looking good only one query though
have you leak tested any of this stuff as by the looks of things your not using O-rings to seal the blocks and i was wondering how you are sealing them ?

I'd like to add something to mdk's post: To me, that plastic top seems way to thin. It'll most likely bend and cause leaking.

Also, with all these blocks the flow restriction must be trough the roof. Unless your pump has some major head the flow will be awfull. Making a block for the mosfets might be a fun idea and all, but it adds alot of restriction where passive cooling is just as competent.

coorz==>I fix the wb mosfet with artic silver adhesive. So i won't do an psu block because i've a tagan :hip: .finally i don't understand your last sentence.if you speak french telle me that in my language please

mdk==>the top are sealing by screws and i put silicone ;)

megin==>the restriction won't be so bigger.you'll see that when my device will be complete ;).but it's true, the wb mos give a few restriction but it also allows better o/c performance and a better cpu temperature ;)

If you see more of mos cooling, you can visit my worklog on my website ;)

I use Hydrocloric acid to clean insidethe rad.to clean outside, I put deicing salt in the dustbin (principle of the electrolyse)

Great work with the heater cores! :hip: How thick are they? It looks like you will need a powerful fan get the air flowing through them.
