    Used my web cam and my old plastic skull and turned out a scary mod :hehe:
    I,ve put it all up on a lamp flexible spring like shaft on a 3/8 steel base.
    It has a led ball eye and a strobe inside the head.
    It sits on my monitor and now that i gave it sight it looks at me all the time *scared* :worried:
