B/W spy cameras also create some awsome effects with a IR filter.

I have a piece of crap $19 webcam that I haven't used in years mabye I should try and hack it.

correct me if im wrong, but "IR modding a webcam" means to crack it open and remove the IR filter...putting another filter shouldnt allow it to see IR(unless 2 filters cancel each others effects out).

Umm webcams dont have IR filters to remove, he simply added a IR filter to a normal webcam. Most camera's can see IR on some level, it just depends on the camera.

here's the recipie for extreeme fun....

1x Vid Camcorder w/Night visiony thing
1x Roll of coloured tape.... eg duct tape...
    2+x Remote controls
    Infinitum x sillyness

simmer for 20 mins add duct tape to front where the IR is on the vid cam switch to night vision mode... go in front in the dark...

the force is now with you.... battle with people using the wonderous volume buttons(or whatever)
