Hi all Bit-tech needs. lol I have just been looking round at website design sites and have fround alot of them have the same template designs for sale and one place that you can buy the site and its removed and never for sale again how can the sites be all selling the same template designs? Do the companys buy a Software package with all the templates in it on cd's or dvds? This is the main site i love and that you can buy them and thay will remove them but i have seen the same templates on other sites. Dont no aye Think the only way that thay could maybe do that is if thay buy the site and not just buy the template design but just about all the designs cost like $1500 + seen sum for $5600. But if thay did buy them it would cost $10000000000000's to get them all and the other site's still have them. Strange to me lol. Mite have to look into it more.
Ok was chatting to one of the tech people from the website http://templates.entheosweb.com/ and thay are all owners of the sites that have the same template designs and if you buy the design off one site thay remove it off all the sites.
This makes sense, but you could just make you're own... What you'll find with these templates (or at least a lot of them) they will be poorly put together to look nice, behind all of the nice exterior will be a painful tables based layout.
many of them are created in a wysiwyg editor supercheap and then sold as "professional" stuff anyway.
templates aren't very good for the $40+ you usually pay for them. I mean sure, i make templates, but they are for a specific mac program(rapidweaver), the are full xhtml & css and they are only $10. But i do find it strange that heaps of different sites claim ownership to web templates by other sites.
Yeh i have made sum designs and own sites before. Plus tryed free templates never brought a template. I use Microsoft Expression Web Studio and have got Photoshop CS3 and a couple other little editors. Yeh very strange i think about the sites having the same designs on a lot of sites.
Just to let you all no. I brought a website design off http://templates.entheosweb.com/ I had a spear $60 on a visa gift card that i needed to use and didnt have anything i realy want so I tested a website template site out to see how good thay are. got one of there low budget sites $30 US. But is still a nice design and has a flash banner at the top if you want to. Its so easy and fast and after you make your order and pay thay ring you to check everything and then email you right then. BLOODY FAST service. In the email you get a link to your Zipped website design and also a password to uncompress and unencrypt the zip file. The unzipped file has 4 folders 1html file and 1 readme. Website Sources: .SWF; .FLA; .PSD; .HTML. Has loads of files and fonts, clipart, logos, buttons and more. Looks like i have a new thing to play with lol. will edit it a lot and change colors. Yeh edit it and will most likely change the colours and most likely remove and add things to the design. Its got PSD files for everything. Also Flash files that you can edit.
Tables. but can easyly be changed. There is psd files and all that. I will upload a page to my host and post a link to it on here for you to have a look at the code.

Don't think me an asshole, but that layout is made entirely of tables. Tables are horrid for styling and a pain with search engines generally. You should also center the layout, it's aligned to the left right now.
