I built the system in my sig (AXP2500) a few days ago now, and I must say, I'm really impressed with it, especially the mobo.

I decided to tweak it last night, so i wanted to know how far i could push the fsb (having never had a barton or nforce 2, i didn't know) so I whacked it right up to 200 thinking it'd never work . . . . .

    It did!

So I now have a Athlon Xp 2500+ running @ XP3200+ with the stock retail hsf, AND it's only just touching 51C :jawdrop: under load!

And the weird thing is, I didn't have to play with ANYTHING like voltages etc etc etc that I had to with my palamino (XP1900), it just went right up, which was nice :baby: )

I would say that motherboards have come a long way too since the days of the KT133a chipset :)

The features on the NF7-S were enough to keep my apetite wet for a good time longer than any motherboard I've previously had :D

Definately, Nforce2 all the way, I couldn't believe how easy this beast clocked last night, the max I've ever seen the temps at now is 56C, and thats after 3 hours of Sandra burn in, w00t

Yeah Monkey, the HSF that came with the processor is the copper core alu fin one.
