Western Digital RMA service

    Western Digital is the bomb!

    I have had to use their RMA service twice, and both times they shipped a raptor to my doorstep with 2-day shipping for no cost to me, and I sent them the old drive after my computer was back up and running with a brand spankin new one. I've got to say that I love this company and the 5-year warranties on my Raptors. :clap:

    Sorry if this sounds like a plug, but I just had to share. :)

    Yep, their advance RMA service is pretty easy. They didn't even question the fact that I advanced RMA'd three drives at the same time. :)

    They ship fast and thats what I love about them, help me get my system running back again quick.
