They were giving away free 'this is how we made the advert' roms at work today - but by the time I got to where they were being dished out they were all gone. I am going to try and get one tomorrow if they get some more in so if ne1 is interested I could prolly burn a copy off and it could 'do the rounds'. I would send all you nice peeps your own but I am sure u can improvise when the disk finally gets to you - then pass it on. ;)

I will let you know when I finally get my hands on one (here's hoping!) and then perhaps we could start a d.list...

They can't call it piracy - it's an advert :D

I did have this thought - and I might well be able to get a nice 10Mbit+ host:) Size should not be too much of a problem to those with BB connection.

I am just not going to promise too much till I manage to get a copy of the damn rom - but if they all went today then I am sure I can borrow a copy...

    Fingers crossed!

And I've stuck it in the box at work to be posted tonight at 5PM, so you should have it back by the weekend :)

Again, thanks a lot GOO, it was definitely a race not to miss... and now I didn't :thumb:

Acccording (pun) to the express news paper, the advert is all 100% real and shot in one sequence, but it took engineers 605 attempts to get it right and enough parts to build 7 cars, so much parts in fact that they needed two articulated lorries to take it all back... cool or what, that's the problem though, most people will automatically think, "pah that's cg..."

Yeah if you go to Honda's website they have some of the "making of" videos.

    Pretty damn amazing really :jawdrop:

I think the bit with the tyres looks a bit fake though...

There is no way those tyres could bumb each other UP that slope, it looks like the last one actually accellerate up it...

I won't believe that bit was real until i see it.

The only way I can think they did that bit in real life was to weight the top of the wheel, so when it was bumped gravity would pull the weight down, making the wheel rotate up the slope.

Or they could have attatched some fish gut to it and pulled it along.
