    Probably

Massive spoilers here. Not plot-wise (of course), but these 5 minutes contain the entire point of the movie.

On the awesome-scale though, this classic:

Ronin car chase, although the Heat shoot out is also awesome.

Too many movies and too many scenes but this one always sticks with me as being a bit special...

It's been said that when this came out, NASA asked Ron Howard where he found such pristine archive footage, not realising that it's all CGI.

Assassination of Jesse James was going to be my first choice. I'm delighted to see it immediately mentioned. It's my favourite film.

Also: the opening of No Country For Old Men; Lanning's "ghosts in the machine" speech scene and the Sarah scene from I, Robot (it's a mediocre film but those two moments really stand apart from it); the final scene in Pulp Fiction; the Dominique Bretodeau scene from Amélie; and about 10 different scenes from Terminator 2.

Seriously, how could you choose just one Terminator 2 scene? The arcade fight, the motorbike chase, the 'Spike' phonecall, the CPU removal, the bomb blast nightmare, the minigun, the helicopter chase...brb, I need to rewatch Terminator 2 real quick.

Probably something from the Martian, too, but since it all feels like one continuous scene, it'd be hard to pinpoint a 'best moment'.

If we were including TV shows I'd name the S01E03 final scene in True Detective, because it's my favourite thing ever filmed, but I guess that's a whole other thread.

I might be quite active in this thread lol... here's the first that comes to mind. Love this scene, even better in context. I've watched Casino Royale many times now and this is always my favourite part.

Also this scene from True Romance, with heavyweights Dennis Hopper and Christopher Walken. Incredible stuff, great movie too.

As I'm at work, I don't really have chance to go looking for the YouTube clip, but for me the opening beach scene of Saving Private Ryan has to be one of the best scenes in a movie ever.
Rest of the film is a bit bobbins, but that opening scene is amazing - If only it was available in Dolby Atmos.

Yeah Blazing Saddles was full of them. One of my fave movie scenes ever is in Trading Places. The "I can see ! I-Ihave legs ! Oh ****!".

So of course the first thing I did when I first visited Phila was do that right where he did it :D
