Please do, I'm buying spirits far faster than I have any chance to drink them :hehe:

To be fair, it isn't a huge amount but at least one or two whiskeys every evening.

    It all adds up.

I know you didn't ask, and I doubt you care. But I feel a need to share. The two vices I quit have hounded me all my adult life.

I quit weed almost 2 years ago (1.9 years) and tobacco a few months ago. It feels final this time though, the tobacco that is (Quit baccy several times). I jettisoned the friends that weren't, as well. Booze and food now..I think these might be a struggle LOL.

After weed, tobacco, booze and food the only habit you'll have left to quit is breathing :hehe:

Joking aside, that's a strong achivement. I drink too much, but the relaxation it offers is something I can't be without.

Home-made mead. Made with honey from my own beehives. It turned out rather nice.

That sounds remarkable. We need bees too. Thank you for helping the little fuzz-butts.

Thanks. Yeah I wont quit the food. I like it too much. Can't see the booze going either. Reality is too shitty to be honest. Drinking a little less would be better. Not fat yet, but getting lil belly ;)

I remember hearing a thing on the radio and a woman was explaining that when stopping smoking and getting in shape she found the smoking easier to quit than overeating; the correct number of cigarettes to smoke is zero, yet you have to eat so it was all too easy to eat too much or the wrong things.

I used to love cake..and I quit cake before I quit weed. My sweet-tooth has been eroded by age. Last time I saw all my family together, an I told them I didn't want cake they looked at me like I'd been taken over by the lizard people.

Quitting weed killed the last little sweet-tooth I had left. I've loved savory for years. Probably why I'm getting a lil belly tbh. Gimme those sausage rolls and jerky. Dear lord I'd KILL for jerky. Prawns and Jerky.

Will Kill for Jerky..I need to get some bumper stickers made...

Get yourself a smoker. Although beef jerky is the best, even cheap cuts of pork make for some tasty jerky.

Oddly enough, my old man just put some teriyaki beef jerky on the traeger not but 30 minutes ago.

I make my jerky over a fire. The right way. The old way. The only way, in my opinion. (But we all know what opinions are like...)

Drinking French vanilla coffee. With a bunch of sugar. I normally add no sugar, but this powdered creamer is hell without it. I like my liquid creamers. But I'm still camping at the moment. Should be back in the land of electricity by the first week of October or so.

Won't clog things up here, but if you're dead set on it bud, PM me and I'll let you know of something that might help (nothing preachy, don't panic) :thumb:
