Mando chapter 24 - not sure my grin could be any bigger :D

Picard season 3 - caught up slightly too quickly; two days to wait for the final episode - comeon already!

Right, Mr G. You have options!

I watched the end of 1899 last night (admittedly through the long blinks as it was getting late) and I have to say, if you're prepared to treat it as one of those efforts where the viewer has some questions but can potentially make their own mind up, or accept that it ends on a mysterious note that does indeed leave it open for the proposed subsequent series, yet could also happily finish at that point on the old "Now go off and have a think about this" poser, then I think you'll enjoy both the ride and the VERY unexpected twist at the end.

In all fairness, I say they've left it open for the planned follow-ons but I can't see how this last episode wasn't written as a closer. You'll see what I mean. They'd need to be exploring a radical new direction in series 2+ but that wouldn't be impossible.

Anyway, thought you'd like to know that if you're like me (no comment) you can happily watch it and walk away both satisfied and mystified.

Dunno if I've mentioned it already but Severance on Apple TV was an awesome slow burn mystery box of a TV show that I still have too many questions that I would like to know the answers for. What an intelligent 9 hours of season 1! No spoilers but I was very impressed with the last episode of the season that I rewatched the whole thing over three days and by Jeebus it was worth it!

Also, Beef on Netflix is really great - palpitations after each episode but really well executed and I can't wait to see where it goes (or who backs into it(!))

    Star Wars Visions Vol 2 - YES!/10
Pay particular attention to episode 4 "I Am Your Mother!" for a cameo appearance by someone/thing familiar.

Yeah, Apple TV Has had some belters, and Severance is no exception. I still can't get over the fact that it was directed by Ben Stiller; I have never been a fan of his work as an actor, but Severance on the other hand is just brilliant. Corridor Crew's latest "VFX Artists React" episode has a segment on the Severance intro - full video embedded below, but timestamped link here.

EDIT: Also, if you're up for a laugh, watch the "Code of Honor" segment that's right after the "Severance" one!

Watched that one earlier this week - I used to be a Corridor Crew patreon but stopped after a while. Their videos are still great though. I find myself spoiled these days as I can pretty much pick out everything I've learned on that channel!

Worked our way through the first two series of Succession, TV has seemingly decided to die so can't start the next quite yet but enjoying it so far!

I mean everybody in it is awful, so maybe the TV didn't want to show us anymore but it's completely pulled me in despite my moanings about basically every character :D
