Another interesting aside - look up Claudia Christian's One Little Pill documentary.

It's gold dust and I tell you from experience, the basis behind it works. Unless you're my ex, in which case it makes you angry, depressed and violent (although technically, the documentary or methodology themselves didn't cause that).

 

Patricia Tallman.

She turns up all over the place in TNG-era Star Trek. The roles I can remember were as one of the “villains” in TNG’s episode “Starship Mine” (S06E18), and frequently being the stunt double for Nana Visitor (Kira Nerys) in DS9. But her IMDB page has her popping up in TNG, DS9, VOY, and Generations, both as a stunt performer and various uncredited small parts.

Because of course it’s her wide and varied career that I’m most interested in.

 

I swear Kira Nerys is actually a Welsh name and she's from Bangor, not Bajor.

 

It still bothers me that the show pronounces “Nerys” as “ne-rees” and not “ne-riss”, as it should be pronounced.

 

She's one of my girlfriends favourite actors due to her role in Night of the Living Dead, for me it's her role in B5

Up to ~ mid season 2, absolutely hooked, it's brilliant.
I know im behind the curve, but if you haven't seen it, and have any interest at all in spaceflight, sci-fi, or history (alternative or otherwise), go watch it! you wont regret it!

Finally got around to watching The Boys

It had its ups and downs (more ups than downs) as with every series but thoroughly enjoyed it and it helped I left it until now so I could blitz through the 5 seasons in a row.

Now I may give the Expanse another run through, been an age since I watched that.

 

A re-watch of the Expanse is always a winner.

 

I feel The Boys started losing its way a little during the 3rd season. Season 2 is absolutely amazing though.

Expanse is always good. Would've been nice to see the series cover the remaining books, but the scale does increase somewhat, and with any luck, it may simply be that Amazon are waiting for the actors to age a bit before resuming...

 

Yeah with the Boys I was glad I had them all to tie it up. S3+ seemed a bit over the place at times but it wrapped up nice enough for me.

This is only my second run through of the expanse and it's been a good while. Certainly lets me pick up things I may have missed/forgotten first time around.

I do keep meaning to read through the books and did I hear there may be an expanse rpg coming out?

Anyway, only in the holding cells on the Mars ship at the moment so a long, long way to go.

Landman . On Prime i think? Really good , all cowboy / oil stuff going on . The Mrs and I are finding it very entertaining.

 

Really enjoyed the first two seasons. Looking forward to season three, even though season 2 kinda ended in a way that could've been a series finale.

 

Were only on Ep 4 of season 1 . Im sure were going to get through this quickly!
