NOFX - Hold It Back

In fact, the whole Maximum Rock 'n Roll album is

    NOFX don't think so though...

This was never supposed to be a record. NOFX got popular in the mid 90's so mystic records took both seven inchers and put them out on a cd with a bunch of demo songs. It's a totally sucky record and the artwork totally bites. We had no control over any of it. In fact we didn't know it was coming out until I saw one in a store. If you want to hear a totally crappy ****** album then this is the one for you. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I think it's 10 gazillion times better than the arse of a record 'Pump Up The Valuum'*

    *that is just my opinion

Death From Above 1979 - Little Girl

A bloke on drums, and a bloke on a bass guitar. It's like a highspeed version of Electric Wizard crossed with The Datsuns.

(When I mean highspeed, I mean just something faster than EW... let's face it everything is.)

Actually I'm listening to Falling Up's new CD, Crashings. Great head-banging music.

Dropkick Murphy's - "We Got The Power"

Yeah, we got the power, let's do it tonight! (The power, tonight)
We got a cause and we know that it's right. (A cause to fight)
Yeah, we got the numbers, let's do it tonight! (The numbers, alright!)
Yeah, we got the power, got the power tonight!
    We got the power tonight!

19 men were tried and fired, August 26th through 29th
    For violation of rule 35
    The forbidden right to organize
They suffered the loss of their livelihood that night.
    That night!

A city in terror on the thin blue line.
A thousand-plus walked off the job to support their brothers' cause,
    The anti-union prohibition clause.
    Demanded loyalty at any price
    On the thin blue line.

heard it on "Rock Against Bush Vol.II" and couldn't stop humming it to myself. it's a good song
