I only needed to get ONE thing. And I got it.

I'm in a long distance relationship (soon to be a normal one! :D) and when I went to see my girlfriend for the first time (I've known her for over a year and half on the internet prior to our first visit) we went to Chicago since she lives near there. Well I saw a lot of kids walking around with big yellow bags and that familiar Lego logo on the bags. I asked her if there was a store nearby, and there was! I use to be big into Lego when I was little, we ended going there and bought a couple sets to build together since she hasn't ever built a set before. Well NOW she's addicted, we're collecting the Castle series. This set was in the store, but it was TOO expensive for us, $100. Well I caught wind of this deal and I had to get it, it's the biggest castle in the series, and for only $50!!

I got there at 4AM, they only had two sets, and since this is a super Walmart, they're open 24 hours, so I just stood by the pallet. 10 minutes later an employee just said I could take it right now because it's a 2 day sale or something. I was happy :)

I went there earlier, like around 7:30 to see what was left, it was pretty well picked over, but I saw this beauty for $40. Giinii 8" LCD photo frame. There was 3 left, I had extra money, I mine as well spend some money on myself before it gets too close to Christmas. This screen has surpassed my expectations, I recommend this to anyone that wants to get one AND doesn't mind resizing their images. It's widescreen after all, and most images can be simply cropped to fit nicely. It's a good deal, and it still can be found online.

Even though it's pretty low resolution with 480x220, it looks pretty good. Colors are are vivid and don't appear to be washed out. It was a good buy.

Edit: Oh, and I don't believe in age limits on Lego sets. It's good for all ages! :p
