I will try and keep it short.

I bought a Marantz SR5200 off the Richer Sounds Ebay shop for £115, it was really good until it died. It come with a 3 month guarantee (died in the last week of it), so I returned it for repair and they still aint sorted it after a month.

So basically im going to get a new one at a discounted price, all I want to know really is whats the best one on there site under £350. I obviously want decent sound (for the £), 5.1 and all that, plenty of digital inputs (coax/optical) etc

    Driving B&W 603 S2 (floorstanders), 602 S2 (standmount) and CC6 S2 (centre)

I'm a big fan of Denon stuff. good with film and music. The Yamaha's are meant to be good as well but I'd go with Denon. The AVR2106 is obviously better than the 1906 but it's not on their site. 2106 normally goes for £450 but isn't available online anywhere. They might do you one instore for under £350 if you're lucky.

yamaha tend to be on top of things technology wise, ie. when yamaha bring out their latest amp, about a year later the rest of the manufacturers will catch one!
...but if you are going to use it to play Music at all, then I would go for a Marantz again...personally I have not had one fail yet, so you might have just been unlucky!
