That must be one of the coolest(and expensive) mobos in existence!
Any idea why it'd need six RAM slots? Six Gigabytes?
    Money...and availability... :sigh:

I was only refering to the color, not the specs. I didn't even search for a specific model, i just typed 'sapphire white motherboard' in google image ;)

I gotta say though, it would still be an upgrade over what I have now (see signature) :)

six ram slots ? where ? There are only 4 ...or am I missing something?

The white color is looking really neat. Though I would prefer that all the connectors would be black, and not red/blue. :brrr:

"Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants so long as it is black."

White is also pretty nice, but pretty rare at the same time :(
    It's a shame really.

I have used Green, Red, Purple and Black. I enjoy working with Black Board a lot for them the other colors. My second choice would be Red.

    um... chartreuse anyone? :)
    or how about brown action!

Ok, for all seriousness, you gotta go with black. I actually DO think some chartreuse UV connectors on the board would be SWEET with that however. Get some 80's styling TRON-esque UV traces on there too.

    I second that!!

Oh and as for the dust issue Yakyb, try a can of compressed air ;) works wonders =]

I tend to give mine a dusting down about every 4-6 months, prevents the build up, and keeps the fans healthy. :)

Absulutely GREAT poll ! The color of a motherboard's / graphics card's PCB is always my FIRST priority when getting the hardware. This is because I want the hardware to match the color theme of my casemod. For example, I picked a black motherboard with red slots and a red graphics card for my project Orion, which has a black / red color theme throughout. Also, for Aquamedia I picked a blue motherboard and a blue graphics card to match the black / blue theme of the project. I would NEVER install a board that doesn't match the color theme, no matter how good it's performance, not even if I'd get it for free.

I think that it's a good thing that manufacturers sometimes pick different colors. For example Sapphire's Pure boards wouldn't match in a black case. So anyone who wants to make a white themed casemod has the option to pick a matching motherboard. I would advise manufacturers to use white PCBs, because it would best match any color theme. It will look great with black, blue, red, yellow or even pink.
Generally though, there's one golden rule: don't ever combine more than 3 colors, 2 is best. Especially companies like MSI like to go wild on picking colors for the expansion slots.

Interesting thought, a C3 case and Clear WC gear and clear PCBs.

now that would be good for manufacturers to use for display.
