The rest of the parts and materials I was waiting on arriving to build my latest few machines arrived this morning, on time and correct. That's more than good enough for me. Time to go build stuff ;)

The local radio station just played a bunch of songs on vinyl. To hear the needle hitting the record, and that 33 1/3 crackle really made this evening awesome. Truly.

I just played badminton tonight for the first time in a whole year and, most of all, for the first time since I had "shoulder" surgery in october. Everything went perfectly smooth. I'm really, really relieved/happy/excited

I am slowly, or rather quickly falling in love with one of my best friends. I have no idea if this is a good or a bad thing. But I'll be optimistic and say it is.

Dude I know where you are coming from. I work with a girl who is one of my best friends and over the course of the last year I have started to like her more then a friend. I decided that it would be in my best interest to not complicate our friendship and no longer wonder if she likes me or not. I've met someone who I know likes me and am moving on :)

If things work out for you that would be awesome. In my case it didn't, and I am okay with that. If two people are truly meant to be together, the powers that be will find a way to make it happen. Who knows, maybe your best friend is who you are meant to be with :)

    Seconded.

If it works, it's EXCELLENT. But it rarely does, so don't set yourself up for too hard a fall.

Also, the best way to break out of the friendzone is to MAKE NEW FRIENDS. Hang out with them more, esp new lady friends.

Thought I'd stick my head in and say hello, my first post here and what better place to start :)

Currently I'm most excited about finishing off the vegetable garden I decided to create, and building a nice BBQ for the summer.

Also building a new PC for the first time in far, far too long (my first builds were 486sx, the last one was an Athlon 2800+). It's taken me a lot of reading to catch up with what's what, but I love a project! :D

    Hello!
