Expecting a nice paycheck this month from all my extra shifts

For some reason when everyone is having there hours cut mine are being increased.... my contract is 8 hours seeming im at college but i have only ever done 8 twice since i started there the least i usually do is 15 hours so now im around 17 hours when people are being cut down, guess i do a good job :)

i should be looking at £200 left on a debt of £3000!! not bad for 18 years old i don't consider, thats a fully payed of car + a years insurance/tax and my new laptop which is £400 ontop! Yay!

Next stop is some new music gear (considering taking up Djing)

Got some tickets I'm really Stoked about, Frank Turner in Bath at one of his smallest shows for years and Death Cab For Cutie in Nottingham, a band I've been trying to see for five years and always been stumped!

    HOORAY!

Friday night me and my girlfriend went to the fundraiser social for her class grad. I've never been to a social thing before and have only been in a bar/pub once before. I was rather nervous cuz I didn't know what to expect as it's something very new to me.

A few people made me feel uncomfortable, just from the kind of 'vibe' or whatever I got from how they acted and talked so we just avoided that and the rest of it all was pretty good. I still think it's really ridiculous how important drinking is to some people. I had 2 drinks (vodka/coke, and something/cherry coke) which were pretty good. Even though I've only had a few drinks in my life, I'm not sensitive to the taste of alcohol at all. I just drink it like its juice or soda. lol I didn't want anymore as I felt that wouldn't be proper for me to have more, and also because it was ridiculously expensive.

Once most of everyone else there was drunk they finally put on some good dancing music and people started dancing. I wasn't too sure about dancing as I've never done that besides slow dancing, and never in public, but we did anyways. It was really fun actually and I wasn't even too bad at it even though I'd never done it before! We seemed to be the only couple dancing. lol Everyone else was dancing/drinking in little groups. We liked just dancing with each other better :naughty:

So I ended up having an incredible time. It felt really awesome to go out and have fun seeing and talking to other people and not be treated like an outcast or anything.

Such an amazing night that was. I couldn't stop smiling!

    My life is amazing!
