    My general workout plan (Sit ups, leg lifts, bicep presses, lunges (with weights), light occasional cardio, dumbell flies, and explosive pushups) is getting results. Plus the dieting plan i've been sticking too has given me more energy. Hoooray for a stronger, faster, fitter (all slightly) Elton!

    New laptop. 39% battery left in power saving mode and approx 2.5 hours of juice left. It's a dell latitude e6320 I believe. No more laptop dieing midway through a 3 hour class!

    Realizing as I'm dripping distilled all over my desk and swearing at this faulty Koolance bayres that I have a spare XSPC one in my parts boxes.

    After plumbing it in the place of the old one, pressing the switch and actually getting actual coolant flowing is a great, great feeling. Yes, I know what I said. The Koolance res was preventing the pumps from even turning. Like to cost me a pair of pumps, it did.

    Got my i7 up and running again. Under water. With a phat-ass RAID card and seizure lights.

    Still have a lot of work to do, but the bundled sound card blows away what my Zotac has for audio.

    turned my studio around to the left so now ive go the window behind my monitor, the room is now wider as a result and i've taken the opportunity to rewire all the house network.

    Successfully reinstalled the family pc on an SSD, while upgrading some bits of software (office 2007 > 2010 etc) WITH NO COMPLAINTS!!!! Which never happens...
