Other What currently makes your life awesome?

Having mixes that I am pretty confident in getting sent out to testers.

 

I think i might be bagging a bargain on ebay assuming nobody of the last bidders do anything to it (lets hope there working today )

I put a maximum bid of 3 x what its at atm the most i want to spend so if i goes past that atleast i tried

However for the next 3 hours im going to be on edge wondering if im going to win or lose

EDIT: 1 hour 40 left and mo****er came back trying to launch and attack my defence is just too strong lets hope he was just trying to get a sly one in he went from my £13 to £15,£16,£17,£18,£19 in quick succession now he has'nt bid in 15 minutes so i guess he though **** it or atleast hope

EDIT 2: Still no bids this is why i always go for "Buy it Now" stuff im writing this just to stop myself increasing the bid or watching it too much

EDIT3 : Been keeping an eye for 3 hours now 15 minutes left if i lose it now there is a chance i might kill someone ...

Edit 4: Just increased max bid to the most im willing to spend on it if it was a buy it now i think i should probebly walk away now but i just can't...

There was a big discussion about this^ recently; sod's law you will always lose by a tiny amount, so settle on an absolute maximum you are willing to pay... then add 2p to that amount.

Losing by a quid kinda sucks but it just means someone wanted it more badly than you, better luck next time.

Auction stealer anyone? It's sneaky and underhanded, but it means that I never lose an important auction!

Actually I always wait untill the last 20 seconds before bidding

 

It was his first bid aswell which kinda pissed me off even more

Bidding on auctions is a lot like playing poker. By putting up the most you want to pay you're essentially reading out your hand at the start of the game and hoping no one else has better cards (aka is willing to pay more). That guy was playing to win, revealed nothing of his intentions and played his hand at the very last moment. He's probably a little pissed at you for bidding so high when you didn't need to, thus forcing him to bid higher!

 

Yeh i usually bid within last 10 minutes or so but if sometimes i think i might forget like i have done on the last 3 bids and check back and it has ended 10 minutes ago i always kick myself

Nevermind i just got a radius 1000 for £77 bid more but more of a convient device for what i want to be doing

I lost out on a 5870 on Ebay recently, damned automated bidders. As soon as anyone else there made some kind of bid, the auto one raised it 2 quid.

Went from 130 to 175 in 35 seconds. Gutted, just beyond my budget.

Class was cancelled so all I did was have lunch with one of my great and gorgeous friends. Sadly we'll never date, but god it's so much fun hanging out with her.

 

The better half seems to be a bit more positive about life lately.
That, and the fact that my trade name was approved, I am just waiting for the official company registration number. From there on in, I own a marketing company, and the missus owns a fashion shop. All in all, big changes, hopefully gonna make a difference for the better soon.

 

Super fresh install of Win7 on my previously bloated laptop

 

I go back to college to start my foundation degree tommorow i kinda feel out of my depth but i know the teachers i have and there pretty good theres only two of us doing the foundation degree in this particular subject.

Also theres alot of super hot girls on foundation degrees

 

its been rolled up in a tube for around a year, now the master bedroom is 95% painted i figured id finally make the frame for it.

Cleaned up the bloatware-friends from my facebook profile. Went from 230 to 104 friends. I now feel so much better.
