Just got my provisional grades back for the last semester. For the academic year I now have 4x firsts and 1x 2:1. Still waiting for one last module to be marked yet, if I get another first I will be buzzing!!

My new chair. My old chair was an office chair alright, but I had abused it for more than 10 years and it has seen better times. The new one is made from leather, looks really good and is super comfy even for someone that's 195cm tall. Did I mention it's comfy?

Oh, and the Steam Sale. Got Chronicles of Riddick, The Witcher and Beat Hazard. Installed Beat Hazard, didn't even start downloading the other games yet. Beat Hazard is awesome. And I even got my PS2 Pads to work, both of them, thanks to the nice guys at the steam forums.

So I am sitting in my new chair playing Beat Hazard wearing my new headphones connected to the DAC I bought recently and the adrenaline level is way over 9000. What an awesome evening. Oh, and there's no work tomorrow.

Went jogging for the first time in my life and it felt surprisingly good. Now I just hope I don't get shin splints(?) like I did during the conscript time.

EDIT: If the shins remain OK, I might start running as a hobby. Getting properly exhausted helps keep mind away from bs.

 

My ankle has gotten MUCH better. Had only slight pain in it today once in a while. I can now walk down stairs properly too.


Oh and while at the shooting range today I wasn't a shy/rude jerk to everyone. I was pretty good I think.

 

I am currently talking to a girl I know on FB at 2AM in the morning.

 

I dont work until July 12th!!!!!!

On Wednesday I will be in Marquette, Michigan and then on Thursday I will get to Pembroke, Ontario where I will be until July 7, when I leave to come back home. Giggidy Giggidy!!



ALSO!!!! I may have found a cure for my insomnia problems. STAY UP LATE!

I usually go to bed around 12:15am and get up at 7am. But I have been sleeping poorly and waking up multiple times during the night for the past 9 months. This leaves me feeling like crap all day long at work.
Anyways, last night I was kept awake until almost 1am. I slept great and felt pretty good during the day at work.
So, is this maybe a cure or did I feel good during the day because I knew I don't have to work until July 12th?

 

Running is the best way to clear a mind, i love running have been for awhile now you wont get shin splints as long as you get some shoes that are made for you.


What is making my life awesome right now.

Went to a party last friday found a girl that was into me gonna see her again this friday and hopefully everything goes good.

Also after losing 90 pounds having three different girls this week tell me I am cute is an awesome confidence booster! Not to mention these were some pretty cute girls lol.

 

I am hoping to compete in the two events above in bold, next year.

 

Passing my theory test (again) despite fluffing the last clip on the Hazard Perception up.

Okay I got a confirmation that I won't get kicked out of uni even though it's the second time I fail the @@%@%? chemistry class... I do have to take it again this fall however

 

No, I passed it once but let the two years lapse before I even considered passing the practical aspect of the test.

I will be retaking it when I (eventually) want a motorcycle, though.

 

Calculating my potential test scores(including the ones I already have) and realizing I still qualify for UCs.

And that I'll make it into some of them too.

And im not spending the evening with my dad!!

oh and I stayed up to 1am last night and woke up at 6am to drive 10 straight hours to get here. i was quite tired today (and im about to fall asleep now) but it was worth staying up.
